This series consists of cash journals, which are a record of all debits to various accounts. The types of accounts include the cash, 16th section school fund, interest, suspended debt, real estate, State Bank and Branch Banks, out-of-state banks, and other accounts. Included are the date, the type of account, a brief description of the transaction (for example "notes for real estate to interest account"), and the amount. Often a check number or note number is also included.
